If you look on Ralph's website www.ralphspours.com the first thing you notice is how proud he is to be a resident of Ulverston. It is a very special place. I visited a garage yesterday with my aged Volvo V40 as I suspected it had an exhaust problem. Instead of being sold an expensive new exhaust system I was advised that a small repair could possibly prolong the life of the existing exhaust. The repair was carried out immediately, no charge just the hope that I would use the garage in the future. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
