It's been a difficult day starting with a phone call just after 3am from the neighbour I look after. She was in much distress and I call an ambulance immediately, they arrived within minutes giving much needed support and comfort to us all.
Jean is now in hospital and awaiting tests. She is a very brave 86 year old. I will be visiting shortly and hope to have an update from the doctor.
A&E was a very peaceful place this morning with all care being devoted to Jean, their only patient. An amazing service for which we are very grateful.
