Today I just want to draw attention to the following statement by Martha Lane Fox on her website.
She has been designated Champion of Digital Inclusion.
'17m people in the UK are not online. Of those, 6m are also socially and economically vulnerable'.
I hope she is successful in her quest to make changes.
