A good friend received the news he was hoping for yesterday and now has a permanent full time job. He had been on a contract for several months and before the recession had been expecting to be taken on full time. Despite several disappointments he carried on working hard and applying for jobs.
His success reminds me that sometimes working hard and hoping is all you can do.
