Called out at just after 1am this morning to help my elderly neighbour who had fallen. Rescued her and made her comfortable and then back home but couldn't sleep. Today I have been playing catch up and nearly didn't find time to write a few words here.
Hoping for a peaceful night and some much needed sleep.
